What we collect

When you book, we store the name and phone number you provide, your email address if you choose to give it, and the details of your appointment (barber, date, time, services). We do not create accounts for clients and we never ask for a password.

Why we collect it

Solely to manage your appointment: to hold your slot, to contact you about changes or cancellations, and — if you gave an email — to send you a confirmation. We do not send marketing emails to people who only booked a haircut.

Your booking code

Your booking code is the key to your appointment page. Anyone with the code can view or cancel that booking, so treat it like a password. We do not publish or share codes.

What we never do

• Sell or share your personal data with third parties.
• Store payment card data (we do not take payments online).
• Track you across other websites.

Deleting your data

Want your details removed? Call the shop at +1 (212) 555-0140 and we will delete your booking history within 30 days.
