Terms of Service
Bookings
A booking is a reserved chair for a fixed time. Your booking code confirms it. Please arrive 10 minutes early; if you are more than 15 minutes late the shop may treat the slot as a no-show.
Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your slot using your booking code. Later cancellations and no-shows are recorded so the barbers can plan the day.
Payment
Nothing is charged online. You pay in the shop after your service. Prices shown on this site are what you pay — no booking fees.
Reviews
Only clients with a completed booking can leave a review, via their booking code. The shop decides which reviews appear publicly.
Changes
If the shop must move or cancel your slot (illness, emergencies), staff will contact you on the phone number provided and rebook you at no penalty.
